Introduction

In TRAXGEO, we are committed to providing exceptional products and services to our customers. This policy outlines our procedures regarding the fulfillment of orders, as well as our policies on returns, refunds, and cancellations for GPS Monitors (hereinafter referred to as Electronic Devices), and Soft and Hard Tracking Plans (hereinafter referred to as Digital Services) offered on our website.

Fulfillment of Orders

  • Orders for Electronic Devices and Digital Services will be processed promptly upon successful payment confirmation via Stripe.
  • Electronic devices: Orders will be fulfilled within 7 business days of successful payment. Customers will receive a confirmation email with order details and, if applicable, tracking information for shipped items.
  • Digital services: Access to digital services will be provided instantly.

Return and Refund Policy

Electronic Devices:

  • Customers may request a return or exchange of Electronic Devices within 7 days of receipt if they are not entirely satisfied with their purchase. Refund requests made after this timeframe may not be considered.
  • Returned devices must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received. Any signs of usage or damage may result in refusal of the return or a restocking fee.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.
  • Refunds for returned Electronic Devices will be issued using the original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving the returned item

Digital Services:

  • Refunds for Digital Services may be considered under certain circumstances, such as technical issues preventing access to the service or unavailability of the service as described at the time of purchase.
  • To request a refund for a Digital Service, customers must contact our customer service team within 30 days of the original purchase date, providing details of the issue encountered. Refund requests made after this timeframe may not be considered.
  • Refunds for Digital Services will be issued using the original method of payment within 7 business days of approval.

Cancellation Policy

Orders for Electronic Devices and Digital Services may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, orders may have already been processed and cannot be canceled. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with order cancellations.
