<h4 id="part1">WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?</h4>
Personal information you disclose to us
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
Account information: When you log in to your Offender Mobile App account, we collect your email address. We use this information for account identification and communication about the account status.
Location information: When you run the Offender Mobile App mobile app on your device, we collect location data through GPS, Wi-Fi, or cellular triangulation. We use this information to provide location tracking service on our web site. We maintain this data only so long as is reasonable to provide our service.
Payment information: We do not store your payment card details. When you make a payment to the Supervising Agency, that information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information:

Account Information

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases, provided that you have discontinued using Offender Mobile App at the day of such request. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

<h4 id="part8">CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES</h4>
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
<h4 id="part9">DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?</h4>
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed Io third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal Information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
